Completed Staff Application Form (see below)

Supporting Documents
  1. Resume or CV
  2. Name, phone number and email address of three references
  3. Transcripts of college courses
  4. Copy of house registration
  5. Copy of ID card
  6. Copy of marriage license
  7. Copy of Military Exempt
  8. Cert. of Employment from previous employer (If resign)
  9. Letter from pastor showing church membership
Additional Requirements
  1. English proficiency test score (If needed in some positions)
  2. Testimony of salvation (If needed in some positions)
  3. Background check/police clearance*
  4. Completed Staff Physical Examination form (Includes Doctor’s clearance and TB testing documentation**)

* These items are not required to be completed until Step 3 of the application process, after a “conditional invitation” is extended to the applicant. Though you may find it helpful to get started early, you should wait to submit these until you’ve been notified that your initial application and interview were successful.

Application Process

Step 1: Initial Submission

  • Completed application, either electronically or a printed copy. If filling out the PDF by hand, please use black ink and print clearly, including all information requested. Return to GIS or scanned email attachment.
  • Transcripts of college courses
  • Names of three references with current email addresses
  • A completed Personal Health History
  • A copy of your resume or CV
  • English proficiency score test *

Once your application is received, you will be notified and your references will be contacted. After receiving all references, your file will be reviewed by Human Resources Director or the interviewing committee.

*In some positions, we require the TOEIC test at the minimum of 600 scores and typing test. If you don’t have the test score, we will request you to take a test which conduct by GIS.

Step 2: Interview

Once your application is processed, we will contact you to schedule an interview. After the interview, the GIS superintendent makes the final decision to invite an applicant to serve at GIS.

Step 3: Final Procedures

Upon a successful interview, a “conditional invitation” may be made, contingent on the following:

  • Criminal background clearance
  • Physical Examination by Doctor and TB Testing
