Students SWARM “Activities Fair”

About two dozen colorful ministry and activity booths with volunteers packed the multipurpose room after school recently. Secondary students and parents mingled and jostled to register for their favorites.

“Our goal is to give students lots of information, before adding activities to their busy schedules,” Student/Family Ministry Coordinator Marlene Allen said.

New options include Tai Kwan Do, Jazz Dance, Robotics, Beth Moore Bible study, Health Volunteer, Im Jai Children’s Home, Model United Nations and Chiang Mai Christian Fellowship Youth Group.

Activities available every year are Agape House, Sports, B21 Bible studies, Drama, Chapel Worship teams, House of Love Children’s Home, Night Bazzar Evangelism and Chiang Mai Prayer Walks.

“This event is amazing!” Spiritual Life Director Mike Wood said.

Parents and staff participate or supervise every activity and host the sports teams’ support group PAWS.
