GIS uses a school information system called FACTS (GIS Family Web) , which is used by many Christian and secular schools worldwide (over 4,000 at last count). It contains all our student, family, and staff information, including all academic information for students. Teachers record grades and attendance, administrators prepare report cards and transcripts, the Health Office maintains all student health records, and the Finance Office maintains all family financial information–and other features as well. Families are able to access much of this information through FACTS. 

For families new to Grace we recommend you go to this link after your student(s) have been officially accepted as students. At that time, you will be able to register and login to FamilyWeb. If you encounter problems, please email, and we will troubleshoot the problem.

For returning or existing families, you can use the same login credentials that you have in the past. If you are unable to login because your password has expired or you have forgotten the password or username, you can reset one or both by clicking on the Forgot Username/Password link on that screen, and an automated email will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. You must enter a matching email address, or the system will not be able to identify you.

GIS staff directory can be found in FACTS by following the steps below:

  1. Login to FACTS.
  2. Under “School Information” tab, click “Directory”.
  3. Click the “School Staff” tab for GIS staff information.
  4. Search teacher/staff name.


The staff portal is your one-stop destination for internal documents, forms, and resources. Everything is located under its corresponding department tab for easy navigation.


The student portal is where you will find relevant links and information for students such as the lunch menu, class schedules, and the link to Google Classroom.
