STUDENT LIFE
BUILDING INDEPENDENT AND CREATIVE THINKERS, WITH PURPOSE
WELCOME TOSTUDENT LIFE
GIS aims to create an inspiring learning environment for our students so that they can grow both academically and spiritually as well as hone their talents and creativity. Therefore, students have the opportunity to get involved in different activities and clubs to enrich their school life based on their passions and interests. We also have a variety of student services to support students and their schooling. You can find details on our student services in our student services section further below.
ATHLETICS
GIS Athletics is committed to educating both the mind and heart of students while bringing glory to our Creator at the same time. With an athletic program that serves students from grades two to twelve, staff and coaches mentor students from a young age so that they may grow into the next generation of Christian leaders. Visit our athletics page to learn more about what we have to offer and stay up to date with the latest athletics news and practice schedules.
VISUAL AND PERFORMING ARTS
GIS students get to develop their musical and fine arts skills through our visual and performing arts programs. Under the guidance of called staff, they will not only be able to showcase their talent through concerts and art shows, but learn how the arts can bring glory to God.
SPIRITUAL LIFE
It is our mission to enable not just academic growth in our students but also spiritual growth. The GIS Spiritual Life Department exists to cultivate students with Christ-like character and values, and to challenge them to transform their generation. Student faiths are fostered through chapels, Elevation Week, Ministry Days, and other focused activities on and off campus.
